Brew Hampshire, News

The Tap Handle Show

Word of mouth works. We visited Tom Albright of Out.Haus Ales in Northwood, NH in February. Shortly after that, Tom was on the Tap Handle Show podcast and told them about us and Brew Hampshire. And yesterday we recorded an episode of the Tap Handle Show with hosts Tim Roberts and Michael Hauptly-Pierce.

The Tap Handle Show is a New Hampshire-based beer podcast that interviews brewers, distributors, resellers, and enthusiasts. The show features many locals, but doesn’t limit themselves to the New Hampshire scene. Every week, they sample some beers on air and discuss beer related news.

We showed up early to watch and film Tim and Michael talking to Jesse Mertz, the owner of Kettle to Keg Homebrew Supplies. Then it was our turn in the hot seat, with Tim and Michael asking the questions. They were kind enough to stick around and let us ask the questions after.

Tim is new to the beer scene— a long-time casual beer drinker turned enthusiast and home brewer. Michael has been home brewing for years and is a certified beer judge. Both of them had some great stuff to say about their love of beer.
